If you are a current member of Lincolnshire's Lancaster Association then please log in to the members area first. This will then save you having to type your address at the checkout stage. Furthermore, when offers are available to members then they will become visible.

Current members also receive the benefit of capped postage which is available only when signed in, and cannot be retrospectively discounted. Please ensure you are signed into the Members Area first before shopping to recieve this discount.

About ​the Shop

The shop is operated by LLA (Sales) Ltd. It is a wholly owned non-charitable subsidiary trading company of the Association. Formed in 1995, it continues to sell items relevant to the objects and benefit of the Association. All profits made by the shop are transferred to the Association on a regular basis to help fund its charitable activities.​

Ho​​w to ​​order

Please make your selections and add to your basket. View your order and confirm your order then proceed to payment through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account then you can still use your Debit or Credit Card through PayPal as a guest. Should you wish to not to pay on the website, please download the mail order catalogue, complete your details and forward your order accompanied by a UK cheque, Postal Order or cash in GB Pounds.​

​Most images within our shop of products sold, paintings and prints have the words "Lincolnshire's Lancaster Association" watermarked on them. This text does not appear on the purchased product, unless stated within the description of the item.

Shipping and Re​turns Satisfaction

​​​We want you to be content with your purchase so all goods are sold subject to the satisfaction of the purchaser. Customers are entitled to return any item which is not to their full satisfaction within 7 days of receipt, 10 days for overseas orders, giving a reason for the return. A replacement item or full refund will be issued, as long as the goods are returned in the same condition as when they were shipped.​

Important Notice

Goods will be shipped as soon as possible by a volunteer once they have been paid for in full, this may take up to 7 days for electronic payments such as PayPal and Credit/Debit Card. Cheques will be required to clear before goods are shipped, so please allow up to 21 days to receive your purchases from us receiving your order. Clothing items are made to order and will require 4 weeks for delivery. No liability will be accepted for loss or damage by the postal authorities once the goods have been dispatched.


​All items purchased are carefully packed & sent out in a well protected package. Our return address is always on the package.

  • Maximum price for postage is £4.00 for UK Members who hold a current subscription.
  • Pricing for non members is £4.00 per kilogram, and is calculated at checkout.
  • Items are sent via Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DHL and other couriers.

Postag​e (Europe)

  • Maximum price for postage is £5.50 for Overseas Members residing in Europe who hold a current subscription.
  • Pricing for non members is charged at £5.50 per kilogram, and is calculated at checkout.
  • Items are sent via Royal Mail Airmail, Parcel Force, DHL and other couriers.

  • Maximum price for postage is £7.50 for Overseas Members who hold a current subscription.

Privacy Notice (for the online shop)

Your privacy is taken seriously. The information collected about you is used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The sales website uses SSL encryption to protect your personal details when entered on this site. You will see a Padlock appear in your browser on protected pages. Your details will not be passed on to any third party. Information is held to enable us to process your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, and to provide you with the best possible service. We may from time to time send you an email to inform you of website updates. The information we hold about you includes, your name, address, phone number, email address, and details of any previous purchases. NO CREDIT or DEBIT CARD details are held, as we only accept cheques drawn on a UK bank, postal order, cash or PayPal payments. If you use a Debit or Credit Card through the mail order then your card details are destoyed by us once payment has been taken. You can check at anytime the details we hold about you by emailing, calling us or visiting your online account. Any inaccuracies will be corrected promptly.

Terms and Conditions

All prices are quoted in GB pounds. Payment is expected within 7 Days from Confirmation of order. If payment is not received within 7 Days for UK orders & 10 Days for Overseas orders, we reserve the right to make the purchases available again for sale. All goods remain the property of Lincolnshire’s Lancaster Association (Sales) LTD until fully paid for. 

Every effort is made to ensure all information on this site is correct. However we reserve the right to decline any order and refund the customer’s payment rather than deliver the goods. For example if an item has been incorrectly priced or sold previously and shows as still available. All items are supplied as genuine unless otherwise stated, or described ‘Sold as is’ or ‘Sold as seen’. All prices can be subject to change without prior notice.

Items paid for by Paypal will only be shipped to CONFIRMED & VERIFIED name and addresses. Payments made by cheque for customers are cleared before goods are dispatched. All items listed for sale are available for purchase subject to being unsold. By placing an order on this website you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. There are no export restrictions concerning the products on offer.
